portfolio task 3

Everyone needs a good health to do anything they want. Eating is one part to maintain our lives. In this case, nutrition is significant and keeping a healthy weight by diet becomes a way to have a life without diseases. First of all, eating moderate portions helps us to have enough vitamins and minerals then reduce fat or cholesterol. If we eat too much cholesterol, it can be deposited on the walls of arteries, causing them to become blocked and we can have some heart problems. A healthy diet will keep our arteries clear and can low the risk of a stroke or heart attack. Furthermore, a nutritional regime is one way to maintain our healthy weight. Being too thin can cause many health problems as being overweight. If we eat a regularly healthy diet everyday, we can curb our appetite. While vitamin tablets maybe of some benefit, they are unlikely to be effective in the fight against overweight. We need some tasty meals per day which are enough calories, vitamin and minerals and have less fat, sugar and salt. Finally, fast food is popular and convenient. It is delicious but it also very high in fat and calories. Moreover, pre-packages that we buy from supermarkets can contain a lot of unhealthy additives, and so they are not as nutritious as fresh foods. We need to make sure to include variety of foods, fruits and vegetables that are vital to a healthy meal. A balanced diet can have all of fresh foods that we need per day. In the end, I completely agree that a healthy diet is one way to keep good health for our lives. We also keep our forms in good condition, get out of obesity and prevent heart problems.

The charts below present the major purposes for learning among students of various age groups and the total of aid they received from their boss. The first chart shows the reason for studying according to age of student. Approximately 80 per cent at the age of under 26 years old learn for career. However, there is a slight fall in proportion of students learning for career. For example, only 40 percent of 40-49 years old students learn for career and this proportion fells to a dip in late adulthood, which is 19 percent. Conversely, the pendulum swings in the proportion of students study for interest. There is only 10 percent of under 26 years old studying for interest. This proportion increases dramatically in defferent age groups and reaches 40 percent (equal to the proportion of students study for career) when they are between 40-49 years old. In late adulthood, 70 percent of over 49 years old study for interest in comparison to 18 percent studying for career reasons. The second graph shows that employer support is maximum approximately 60 percent for the under 26 years old. There is a gradual decrease in the proportion, which reaches 30 percent at the age of 30-39 years old. It improves slowly to 40 percent in late adulthood. In conclusion, there is a different in the proportion of students study for career and interest. In addition, employer support also varies.
